The trainers at ASA taught us how to persuade potential customers, new customers, decided customers, concessionary customers and loyal customers into closing car sales! It was extremely helpful.
We were taught greetings, smile techniques and all the way to the end on how we maintain after sales support to the customers' cars.
This helped in my day to day job as a Team Leader.

In Demonstrate Product & Services, we were given 2 hour class at a car showroom, where we are able to present features of a car in an effective roleplay. We were taught what to say and what not to say while we serviced customers, and how we will go ahead with a close. At ASA, I learnt how to calculate accurate monthly installment with accurate formulas based on the Loan, Interest, Open Market Value, and Gross Income.These valuable knowledge helped me to improve my confidence as a cars saleswoman!
