We teach learners how to demonstrate features of cars in a showroom, application of formulas for terms in the car trade industry, monthly installments, COE, financing, and most importantly, service, closing sales, and follow-up techniques. We believe in journeying with our customers and learners with a smile.
Our main goal is to revolutionize and uphold standards in the car trade industry and provide choices of cars to the public by providing quality training to our automobile industry learners.

Meet The Trainers
Casey has coached and trained more than 18,000 Key Appointment Holders and Executives at all levels in the span of 10 years in areas of customer service to leadership interventions.
He has also designed and customised team building activities for clients from both private and public entities in aligning teams to organisation’s strategic direction.
Casey has also overseen training and Development as HOD of then WDA preferred partner scheme with the likes of Bottega Veneta, Gucci, YSL, Farrer Park Hospital, Chan Brothers, Altas Sound and Vision, NTUC Learning Hub, Inland Revenue House, Eastern Health Alliance, TransitLink and StarHub to name a few.
He has also advised and consulted on SPRING Singapore (Enterprise Singapore) projects ranging from Service Excellence to HR transformation.
Now he has also developed 2 Approved Training organisations to empower PMETS in terms of Skills, Knowledge and Attitude under new SSG Skills Framework.
Roger holds a M.A. Lifelong Learning from UCL Institute of Education, MSc.(Hon) and B.Bus. He is also DACE, ACTA, SDFMA, Learning & Performance Consulting, Workplace Learning and EQi2.0/EQi360 certified. Roger is an active volunteer for unemployed, experienced PMETs.
Roger Tan specializes in Learning & Performance, Leadership and Business Management & Development, Roger Tan has more than 25 years of local and overseas experience across diverse industries. He is a highly experienced consultant, bilingual adult educator, lecturer cum curriculum developer who has impacted numerous individuals and companies.
He has designed and trained a suite of academic and professional degree and diploma programmes since 2005. These include P-Max for SMEs and PMETs, Murdoch University and University of Lincoln’s courses.
